picture continues to freeze
Watching live TV and the picture continues to freeze for a few seconds. This has happened in the past but it horrible today on many channels. Sometimes the picture continues but the audio stops for 30-60 seconds making watcher completely miss out on what is happening in the show being watched.

Thank you, @user_jw191d, for stopping in and making a new post for help with your reception issues. That is not what you should expect, and we appreciate the chance to help. First, since this is impacting more than one channel, have you checked the Xfinity app or the Status Center to see if there are any ongoing issues or alerts for your location?
If nothing is showing there, I would recommend using the troubleshooting option in the Xfinity app to see if it can detect any issues with the network. If it does, it can even help with setting up a tech visit if not able to correct the issue. If you have already completed troubleshooting using the Xfinity app and did not resolve the issue or set up an appointment, let me know.
