3 service calls later and running a new line from across the street, the picture is still breaking up. It's not constant, so it's difficult to find and repair.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar issue, picture would flicker along with sound, i just removed the hdmi cable, reinstalled it, fixed it for me
