Peaock Activation

I posted the following issue four days ago on Reddit (r/Comcast_Xfinity), including screenshots which Xfinity says were downloaded and added to the "ticket" from my Imgur upload. Note: I don't have a "ticket" number.

I’ve been trying to activate my peacock for over a week, but the Xfinity Assistant link drops me onto Peacock's standard retail payment page, and when trying from the subscription page, Peacock replies that my emails (I’ve tried four, two of which I never use) are throwing "already associated" bugs.

I have exchanged messages with XfinityJeff and XfinityDuron.
