Peacock

We just traded our box for a new one.  Now I can't get Peacock to work.  It says it is ready to use on TV screen.  Signing in takes me to Peacock web site that asks me to pay.  We are Diamond members and it is listed on our bill as part of the basic cable bill.  This happened before but I can't remember how we solved it.  Help!!!
