peacock
Can't access Peacock. Xfinity shows active, but peacock doesn't recognize my email address. Tried the email address that Xfinity uses for communication to me and the "comcast.net" email address with my account. Very frustrating.

Hello, @user_9nkhkr sorry for the inconvenience signing in to Peacock. It may not be your Xfinity email, so I recommend trying multiple email addresses to locate the correct one. If Peacock has been active for more than two hours, and you are still experiencing issues with the Peacock username and password, please contact Peacock customer support. Xfinity's agents cannot assist with Peacock login issues.
