PEACOCK
Hello,
I have not been able to utilize the PEACOCK PREMIUM subscription that XFINITY has offered me as part of my plan through July 2026. I have never been able to access PEACOCK and have called COMCAST for support repeatedly. They say they want to help, but each time I call the support seem terrible. Empty promises, they never follow through on commitments made, and each occurrence ends back at the starting point having to try the same things that do not work, again and again. So, I have two questions: Has anyone else on this forum had the same problem, and does anyone know the secret to getting quality support from COMCAST?
