Peacock??
Suppose to have peacock premium free because we have the top tier internet. I’ve tried every way possible to log in, been on chat support for over 2 hours and I still can’t log in. It keeps asking me to pay! I see this is a common issue so I hope there’s a simple and fast fix to this! Wasted enough of my time trying

Greetings, @user_wnki43! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Peacock Premium service, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Can you please go to https://xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in using the primary username for the account? If it does not prompt you to log in, you may need to try opening the link in an incognito browser window first. Once you are logged in you should get one of three different results:
1. If your Peacock Premium offer hasn’t been activated yet, you will see an "Activate Now" button at the top of the page. Clicking on that button will take you to the Peacock website to finish activation.
2. If you get a message telling you your Peacock account is already active, then you will need to go to https://www.peacocktv.com and log in using your Peacock email and password. This may not be the same as your Comcast email and password, however. If you are being asked to pay for Peacock after confirming your Peacock account is active, then your free Peacock Premium account may be associated with a different email address.
3. If you receive a message saying your account isn’t eligible, or it says “We are unable to link to your Xfinity account.” or “Sorry, we were unable to redeem your offer,” please let us know right away, so we can create a ticket with our Advanced Support Team.
