peacock wont activate
I have a account with xfinity. i used peacock and everything was fine.I just moved and my acount now says i dont have premuim. i tryed to activate it and it gives me an error that peacock is linked to another account . i only had that one account.

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with your Peacock subscription. Since you recently moved and transferred your service to a new location, the message may appear because your Xfinity ID is still linked to your previous account.
To resolve this, you’ll need to unlink your Xfinity email ID from the closed account.
