@user_o3htw8, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support with your question about Peacock. I would recommend you try another email that you may have listed. In most cases, it ends up being a secondary email that we forgot we used when setting it up. If you still have trouble, let us know, and we would be happy to assist you.
