Peacock subscription not showing active

I changed our plan last week to a new one which includes a peacock premium subscription. I followed the link on the Xfinity app to activate and created a new account. Logging into peacock t does not show the account as having a premium subscription, and only gives me the option to pay for a plan.

user_61kkvh That is odd. Thank you for letting us know you are not seeing your free Peacock offer activated when you try to log in. We would be more than happy to help make sure you get to take advantage of your free subscription. To be sure, can you open xfinity.com/activate-peacock and then log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password?

After logging in with your primary Xfinity ID, do you see an Activate Now button at the top of the page still?

when I go through the activate site it says I don’t have an eligible plan, but I have one. I had initially gone through that site to activate after changing our plan.
