peacock rewards
I claimed the Peacock channel reward through the rewards program and cannot activate it. Any suggestions? I have tried the chat option and keep ending up being sent back to the original screen with the bot. I would like to chat with an actual human and get this resolved. Thanks!

@dplavo Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your activating your Peacock offer! When you access xfinity.com/chat. (Click Sign In in the upper-right corner of the page.) Do you see an Activate now button under the Peacock banner or do you not see any banner? You can also activate the offer by logging in to the Xfinity app and clicking on the Activate now button that appears as a banner at the top of the screen.
