Peacock Premium

I am a Diamond Member and my bill shows that "Peacock Premium" is included.   When I go to rewards, it also shows that "Get Peacock Premium" has been redeemed.

I cannot get it to work - I have followed all the instructions and have chatted with customer service multiple times over the years to no avail.

I have been paying for the service which is absurd -- how do I go about getting what I'm supposed to get?!
