Peacock Premium

I have Roku and Peacock, yet I cannot get Peacock Premium because I don't have an Xfinity box although I have cable, Roku, and use the Xfinity app. What is free for customers who don't get free Peacock Premium? Is it fair that customers who do not have X1 or Flex and therefore cannot get Peacock Premium for free although qualified to receive it don't have an alternative free perk?

I don't have X1 or flex and was able to get Peacock Premium.  I have a cable box though, but it's not an X1 box.  To get it I went to peacocktv.com and registered to get a username and password, it's been a few months, but I think I checked a box saying that I was an Xfinity customer and put in my account # when I registered.  I hope that helps.

@user_de8085 Thank you for your reply, but to avoid renting boxes from Xfinity, I have Roku and my own modem. My Xfinity package is Limited Basic, Expanded Basic (Kids & Family, Entertainment, Sports & News), HD, 20 Hour DVR Service and Performance Pro Internet, including Peacock Premium.  I use the Xfinity app for everything that is included in my package and Peacock Premium is supposed to be available through a link. However, the link only works with an Xfinity box of some sort or a Flex plan. My question is why should I have to rent a box of any kind from Xfinity to get Peaccock Premium when it is part of my package, yet I don't need a box for any of the other parts?

Same problem, can get Peacock Premium on X1 box but not with a Roku streaming device. Can log in to Peacock with Xfinity user name and password, but only get free programming, all premium material says I need to upgrade to Premium.

Hey @user_f5ea44! When you click the upgrade to Premium button, does it ask you for your payment information by chance? Sometimes, that shows up but after clicking it given you logged in with your username and password with us, it just recognizes that premium is already active on your account with us.

Hi:

when I click the upgrade to premium buttion, roku asks for my pin number in order to be charged for Peacock premium. I hesitated to do that, but if I do that do I then get the no charge? when I obtained a peacock account, the system recognizes that  I am approved because the 4.95 chargre is lined out and replaced with 0.00

I woudl like to get this not just on roku devices but also ipads (which I probably can do via the roku app vs xfinity stream.

Thanks in advance

Hello, @iamhesh. This link has information on how to link your Xfinity Username to your Peacock account once it's created. You would then be able to login to your Peacock account through the created username to access the content for free if it's included in your services on multiple devices including Roku and iOS devices. Please let me know if these steps work for you!

Peacock Premium is included for no additional cost for all Xfinity Flex customers and Xfinity X1 and video customers who have a subscription to Xfinity Internet or Digital Starter TV, or equivalent, or above. Peacock Premium has a $4.99/month value.

To confirm, do you have our Flex services/equipment or X1 cable services?

I no longer work for Comcast.
