Peacock Premium With Xfinity Rewards

I am supposed to have Peacock Premium with my Xfinity rewards, but when I try to log in to Peacock, it tells me I need to subscribe. I have looked under my subscriptions, and it shows that I am subscribed to premium.

brd234 Thank you for reaching out! You may need to go through the activation steps to ensure your Peacock Premium offer is active. To activate, click on this link: https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock
You will want to ensure you are signed in to your account as the Primary Xfinity User to complete activation. An Activate Now button at the top of your account will appear if the Peacock Premium offer isn’t activated. Simply follow the prompts, and you'll be directed to the Peacock site to finish activation.

It shows that its my account is active but when I go to Peacock it wants me to subscribe and doesn't recognize my premium account.

brd234 Thanks for the update! I would recommend clearing your cache, and cookies for your web browser which will log you out of the current Peacock Session. Then try the Peacock activation link again. You might also try another email address that you may have linked to your Xfinity account. Often times a 3rd party email address ends up being used to activate the Peacock Premium offer.
