Peacock Premium unable to work

I "activated" my peacock premium since I am a platinum member. It asked me to connect it to my peacock account, which I did. 

Nothing happened. I am now not able to use peacock, because it says I have to pay, and my peacock premium benefit on xfinity shows as "active". When I try to unlink it, it says "oops, an error occurred". This error has been occurring for several days now. 

Any help?

I reached out to a rep and they told me "just link you account to peacock" and weren't able to understand anything I said.
