I've had Peacock Premium as a reward for a while but now when I log in it wants me to purchase a plan. It shows it's an active reward on my account. How do I get reconnected?

With the Peacock Premium you've had up to this point, was that redeemed initially through the Xfinity Membership program(formerly Xfinity Rewards)? And have you recently had any plan changes or activated new promotions for your services?
