Peacock Premium Plus - how to upgrade

I was able to activate my Premium Plus and it works fine.  

However, how do I upgrade to Premium Plus?  

The FAQ says to contact Peacock to get a special upgrade, however they have NO human chat/phone. Only a Bot.  There is no way, that I can find, to talk or chat to a human to help


Any ideas/help?

What I ended up doing: 

Using code N2TEWDZZ when signing up for a new Premium account (using my old Peacock) got me $20/ first year. Plus $5/mo. , so will cost  $6.66/mo instead of the $5 I was paying before. Not terrible

and of course.. Peacock says to contact Xfinity!

@phantomracer​ I tried that but have spent way too much time and I see no where on the Xfinity app to cancel Xfinity billing.

At least you can get a human with Peacock chatting through Facebook.

I'VE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH XFINITY FOR AN HOUR TRYING  TO ADD PEACOCK PREMIUM PLUS FOR $11.99 A MONTH AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO HELP ME.

If you signed up for Peacock through your Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex TV Box, you’ll be billed by Xfinity, and you can manage your Peacock subscription plan through your TV Box! This includes viewing, upgrading, downgrading or canceling your subscription.

This is not a helpful reply. What do customers do when they do not have a TV box? This should be a simple thing. And yet, it's not.

@airh0ps77 You can still sign up without a box! Follow the instructions here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-subscription-faqs for the offer you qualify for. Then manage the subscription on the Peacock website :).

We can't manage through the Peacock site.  That's the whole point of this thread.  The Peacock site says we have to manage through Xfinity.  But, without any actual Xfinity cable or Flex box, we can't do that!  I just spent an hour on the phone with Xfinity trying to do this, and was just told at the end I needed to use a different email address to sign up for a new sub on Peacock if I want the ad free option.  This is ridiculous!
