Peacock Premium is activated but I can't use it

it shows I have peacock premium activated but when I go to login with my xfinity credentials on to peacock - it asks for paid plan. Peacock doesn’t have any of the emails I use so I have no idea how to login. Xfinity support told me to use both emails that they have along with username and phone number and nothing seems to work. I am so frustrated after spending hours on support and then being told we will look into it. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? I just need to know how to login 😭

user_thzzt1 Thanks for reaching out about your login issue for your Peacock service you have through us. I would be happy to look into helping you with getting access to the service.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@user_h3ktl9 Once I messaged them through their support, they were able to figure it out for my situation.  It turned out that my account was linked to a different email so I just had to change that and then it worked!

I'm having the same issue with not being able to access Peacock.  I don't know why Peacock is offered and no one can seem to help you get in.

I'm having the same issue and can't get help.  I'm really thinking about changing my service.  Why offer something and then not being able to access it.  This is stupid and frustrating.......

user_x9sbv8, Thanks for reaching out. I can understand the importance of accessing Peaock Premium when its offered with the service and the frustration that this has caused. We would surely miss your business. You've reached the right place for help. When you visit this link (xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) and log in to your account using your primary Xfinity ID and password, you’ll reach our Subscription Hub, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions. When you click on Peacock, does it say your subscription is active?
