Peacock premium & billing

I signed up for peacock through Xfinity and it was well is free but it also has adds and I want to upgrade it to premium with billing through Comcast (peacock directs me to Xfinity) but everything I can find on this site says I can only manage it through a flex box but I don't have a flex box.

So if I don't have a flex box is there any what whatsoever to manage my peacock plan and get premium for an additional $6 a month or am I now out of luck?  If I am that's pretty ridiculous.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
