Peacock Premium access not working for Platinum member

After at least 8 phone calls and 2 help desk tickets, I still can’t access the free reward ( Peacock Premium for Platinum Member) I was promised. Different answer from every agent I speak to, and no one can give me access. Please fix this as I have been a loyal customer for 11 years but I’ve had enough. Shouldn’t be this hard to obtain what I have earned.

We have had known issues with this for a while, and are working diligently to get access for every qualifying customer. Please send us a private message with your ticket numbers and our team will be glad to help however we can. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
