Peacock Prem Plus

Upgraded to Peacock Prem. Plus,   

Need to change back to just plain Peacock or Peacock Prem.  unable to complete transaction on line, with chat bot, or talking to customer service reps.  I have been to the local store 3+times and they are unable to assist. and calling numbers to places/person unknown to me with no results.

Is there an upper manager who can assist since everyone else not able?  I do not use Xfinity eqip

user_r5dh5i To change your Peacock subscription back to a standard plan or Peacock Premium, follow these steps:
  1. Check your subscription status by going to **Settings** on your Xfinity device.
  2. Select **Peacock** from the menu.
  3. Choose **Change plan**.
  4. Select your desired plan and click **Next**.
  5. Confirm your new plan by selecting **Change plan**.
  6. Click **Okay** to exit.
