Peacock on a X1 box tv freezing. Code error 04036

This is my third time on here about this issue.  Peacock carrying sports that are watched by my family.  Every game, it freezes at the worst times!  The screen goes blank and we have to start over by saying PEACOCK into the remote.  I was told to reboot the router and the X1 box as per their instructions.  Does nothing.  We were 5 minutes into the game when it froze.  Error code 04036.  Sounds  like a generic code when I google....

As I state, we have a box connected with cable.  This is not streaming.  I have been told by techs, no difference.  I guess the boxes are a joke then???

Now the box is completely rebooting on it's own during the game!  My original question was CAN I GET A NEW BOX???

This happens no other time than when watching Peacock.
