Peacock not working after move

We just moved and updated our Xfinity plan in the process. Peacock should still be included with our plan, and I went through Xfinity to activate it, but when I login to Peacock it says I'm not subscribed. How do I fix this so I can access our Peacock subscription?

Hello, @user_3636e4! Congratulations on your new place! We appreciate that you moved with us and are happy to help further with Peacock. When you were still at the Xfinity StreamStore to activate Peacock, did you get any errors there or does the service show activated there?

 

Here are the activation instructions in case you need them or the link to the StreamStore:

  1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
  2. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
  3. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
  4. Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
  5. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
    • If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
  6. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
