Peacock Not Able to Activate
Hello,
I previously had Peacock free due to having Diamond Status. I just moved from one state to another and had to put my Xfinity on hold. During that time I no longer was able to use Peacock which makes sense. I am now trying to reactivate it. I was able to claim it in Xfinity Rewards, but when I try to activate it, it tells me I am no longer eligible. Please advise!

Greetings, @brillap! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues reactivating Peacock, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
I've seen other customers have issues with their Peacock reward after a move, but it usually centers around someone being asked to pay for a subscription after they log in. This eligibility issue seems a little different. Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Where are you seeing the "no longer eligible" message? Is it on your Xfinity Rewards page (https://www.xfinity.com/rewards), from the Xfinity Assistant (https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock) when you try to activate the reward, or is this happening on Peacock itself (https://www.peacocktv.com) when you try to log in?
