Peacock movies in 4K

I have Peacock via Xfinity and there are a select few movies available in 4K. When I attempt to watch the available title in 4K, it is not airing in 4K. Before you ask, I have a 4K compatible TV. Is there a reason why these select titles are not airing in 4K?
