Peacock for Platinum Tier - Offer not showing up anywhere

Hello Xfinity team,

I was recently upgraded to Platinum tier on my account (maybe >1 month ago), and the free Peacock offer to redeem does not appear anywhere. It seems like a common issue among members, and I have tried everything suggested in this thread and nothing works. Please, I would appreciate any help to manually set up this offer so I can enjoy this Platinum membership perk :). Thank you in advance, look forward to your prompt response!

Greetings @MikeyC68! This is certainly not the welcome experience we want for you, especially making it to our platinum status! Since the standard activation links aren't cooperating, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
