Peacock App not loading

When I use my voice remote to try to watch a show on Peacock Network it does not load, it just looks like it is trying to load but after waiting 10 minutes nothing happens. The same thing happens when I try to go directly to the Peacock app.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

@user_c71e27 Thank you for letting us know that you are experiencing the same issue. Were you able to attempt any of the troubleshooting steps suggested by our specialists in this thread so far? Has your issue also been with both voice commands to open the app as well as navigating to it manually, and how long ago did this issue begin?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @kmitch5. I would be happy to check on any issue you are having with the Peacock app and network. Have you already attempted to refresh that application by rebooting your cable box? You can do that reset from either the Xfinity app or my account app, or remove the power to the box for 20 seconds.

Today, my peacock on my Xfinity streaming device is blanking out intermittently. Makes watching anything impossible. What gives? I've also had issues with the Xfinity streaming device working... Help!

Could you provide some additional details on what exact issue you are having with the Xfinity Flex device and when exactly this 'blanking out' takes place on Peacock? Have you attempted to reset any of the equipment, clear app data or any additional troubleshooting steps so far?
