peacock activation

I'm a platinum Xfinity member and got an email saying the Peacock Premium was being offered to me for free. I activated at xfinity.com/activate-peacock and then signed into Peacock, but it says I have no plan. I'm in an infinite loop trying to activate something that is already activated but not showing up in the actual Peacock account.

Hello @user_xc9dae I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Peacock subscription, I know being stuck in that loop can be extremely aggravating.

When you completed your activation online, did it have you to create your login information? Did you receive a "verify your email" email from Peacock after completing your activation?

I don't remember to be honest. It's been a while. I may have tried to activate it with an email address that already had an account that was verified. Is there a way to just start the process over?

Also, as a side note, it would be extremely helpful if Peacock just had a "sign in through your provider" link like Max for example.

@user_xc9dae I'm sorry that you are stuck in a loop trying to access the free peacock premium service. A sign in through your provider would be a great option, and I'm happy to share that suggestion with our teams. I want to make sure that you can access the services and get you connected. There are some great shows on peacock. I watched the cartoon movie Dogman with my kids the other night, and it was fabulous! There were a few commercials at the beginning which was fine while I was grabbing the goodies for our movie night and after that the entire movie was uninterrupted.
