Peacock Activation (platinum member)
Hello,
I am an Xfinity platinum member and entitled to free peacock premium plus. however, i never got the email upon activating the offer and can't seem to find a way to fix this. Can someone plaese fix this for my account and help me with entitlement reset?

Hello, Thanks for the reset. I did get an email again but upon following the link, it says that I have already claimed it. However, streamstore does not show any activated subscription. I think something is still broken for me in the streamstore side. Possible to get some help in resetting or activating this on the streamstore side? There appears to be some discrepancy.
