How are you accessing Paramount? Are you accessing the Paramount channel or the Paramount+ app?
Thanks for reaching out to us when you try and access paramount through your fire stick. The paramount app is not managed through Xfinity on fire stick. So if you're having issues with certain apps through your fire stick I recommend rebooting your modem and clearing the cache and cookies on your fire stick device
