Paramount+

I believe we should have access to Paramount+ given the packages we have.   I'm trying to figure out why that is not the case. I know several people  who have it through their xfinity account and we have same or even more packages, but don't have Paramount +.    Who can help with this?

user_s262d7 Thanks for reaching out! Last year SHOWTIME was rebranded to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. So if you subscribed to SHOWTIME with us, you would have noticed the description update to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. However, access to the Paramount+ app is not part of the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription with Xfinity. However, you might find some programing that is on the Paramount+ app, in the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand library through our X1 platform.
