There is nothing worse than sitting down to watch your favorite show only for the app to keep cutting out or freezing up, especially after you've already spent two days trying to fix it yourself @pedgcomb. We truly apologize for the inconvenience!

There is actually a known issue right now impacting the Paramount+ app for several customers, and our technical teams are actively working on a permanent fix. While we don't have an exact estimated resolution time yet, you can try clearing the locally stored data or rebooting your X1 box, which has helped get things moving for some viewers. In the meantime, you can also stream flawlessly by opening the app on a smartphone, tablet, or compatible smart TV!
