Paramount plus with showtime

I’m being billed and I can watch through my cable box but I don’t have a login to watch through the app or on my phone. Comcast isn’t listed as a provider to activate from the list in the paramount t app and paramount isn’t listed on Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions 

I can watch through my cable box, no problems. I need the ability to actually login to my paramount account and that I currently cannot get. Please help

Hello user_gwqluk, I hope that your week is going well. I'm sorry for the trouble you are having with accessing paramount plus online. At this time Xfinity is not a participating provider with paramount+ with showtime. The service is limited to our linear channels and on demand library. Is there a specific show you are looking to stream? You may be able to access it through our Xfinity stream app. Our Xfinity stream app is a great option to download shows to watch at home or on the go.

You can access Paramount+ on Xfinity by downloading the Paramount+ app on compatible X1, Xumo, and Flex devices, or by subscribing to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME through your Xfinity services. However, it’s important to note that having a subscription to the premium cable channel alone does not automatically include access to the standalone Paramount+ streaming app.

We are subscribed under the streaming services and pay $13 for paramount + with showtime. There is no additional location to subscribe.
