Paramount Plus service

I subscribed to Paramount Plus on August 27th, but can't find the correct channels to use.  I'm paying for it, but can't use it!!

Good evening ls8379. I would be more than happy to assist you with this. I do have a couple questions in order for me to assist better. Did you subscribe to Paramount +, through your Xfinity cable box? If so, do you have our Xfinity Voice Remote? Paramount + is an individual streaming service, it is not a channel. You would be able to access it by saying "Paramount +" into your voice remote. You could also hit the Xfinity button, go to the APPS menu option, and it would load the apps we offer, which would be where you could also locate Paramount +. Please let me know if this helps.
