Paramount +not recognizing my credentials
I’ve had Paramount plus for a couple months now an I’ve had no trouble with until this last month. I was logged out of the app and did not remember the password so utilized the password reset for my Xfinity box. Reset my password on the mobile device on the Paramount plus app and Now Paramount plus doesn’t recognize I have a subscription. When I log in a Paramount plus online on my phone, it’s the same thing it says are you ready to subscribe?
