Paramount+ and Showtime through Xfinity

Strange that I can watch a show live on Paramount + with Showtime through Xfinity but can’t get into it via On Demand. I’m specifically talking about The Agency’s new season. I just viewed my bill and am paying for it. Per the previous posts, sounds like I need to cancel through Xfinity and subs through Paramount plus?  How about through Amazon Prime?
