Paramount and Fox Nation

I am paying for Paramount + and Fox Nation on my bill but I can not access either one. I tried everything. Also, We now have 4 cable boxes in our home. 1 is the main DVR box, one is a box that "works" off the main box and 2 are Wireless.  Can we add a 3rd wireless box for a new TV?
