PAC 12 Channels

I live in Olathe, KS  and my understanding is that the PAC 12 channels should be available in one form or another to all Xfinity subscribers. I see them listed in the TVGo channels but when you choose one you get a message that you need to subscribe but there is no ability to actually subscribe and watch. They are not available as regular cable channels. Does anyone know what's going on?

Yes I do. I have access to all sport channels that show up in the streaming guide except for the Pac 12 channels.

I tried entering some of the ZIP codes I could find for Olathe and Lenexa into the Pac-12 network's "Check for Availability" page, and none of them show Comcast. However, some of them did say it was available on Spectrum, and I didn't think any location could have both Spectrum and Comcast available.

Here's one possibility: maybe Comcast obtained your area from Spectrum, and nobody bothered to tell Pac-12 network about it?
