Overcharging

I have been with Xfinity for over 12 years. The last two years has been so terrible by far so I decided to cut off my cable September 11 so My monthly bill goes from August 9 to September 9. I cut the cable off September 11. There’s no way I should have to pay for a whole month bill that I didn’t even use. Xfinity is overrated and overcharging.
