Hello @user_43f547 and thank you for joining us here on the Xfinity Support Forums. We'd love the chance to assist, though I'm afraid we'll need a bit more information to better assist you. What type of equipment do you have--X1 systems, older style equipment, wireless boxes, etc.?
Are all the TV's affected--is the equipment completely powering off when resetting, or is the signal just briefly interrupted? Are there any visible error codes or messages on the screen such as RDK-03003 when this happens?
We also have troubleshooting tools and tips built right into the My Account App as well as this helpful TV Support page that you might find useful.
@XfinityBrie: Your "TV Support" link is broken. It attempts to load "https://www.xfinity.com/support/tvhttps://www.xfinity.com/support/tv", which is invalid. Perhaps you meant https://www.xfinity.com/support/tv?
Once again, the mistake would have been obvious if you had just posted the link, instead of a shortened link.
@BruceW Corrected--thank you for catching. My keyboard must have double-posted the link, it has happened from time to time.
