Online Channel Directory

Why does the Online Channel Directory on the Xfinity website for my location and plan not reflect reality???

I can watch Motortrend TV and have for some time without a problem, but it does not show up in the channel listing. Therefore, how can I believe the other channels listed.

When will this be fixed?
