One missing channel - Bally Sports North

I am unable to access Bally Sports North on my TV. I can access it through the xfinity app as well as the xfinity web site. I can even access the Bally Sports North alternate channel, but when I try to go to channel 28 (standard def) or 402 (high def) it says that this channel is not currently available and to change the channel and try again. It gives an error code of XRE - 03062. This is on my main box as well as my secondary box.
I did a system refresh, unplugged and plugged in and a system restart and nothing changed. When I called in, they asked me to do the same things and then asked me to start disconnecting cables. I asked, "if every single channel I have is working except one, how could it possibly be a cable/connection issue?"
The tech checked everything on his end and nothing changed. He scheduled a tech to come out to look at it but I don't know what he could see that's different.
Has anyone experienced anything like this that might have a solution?
Thanks.

My first thought is, you live in/near two different "regional sports network zones" and Comcast doesn't want you to access the one outside of your area - but then, why would you have access to it online (as well as the alternate channel)?
Do you get any other regional sports channels (e.g. Bally Sports Detroit)?
Can you watch Twins games on the app version of Bally Sports North?

@ThatDonGuy Thanks for your response. I do not get any other regional sports channels and everything has been working fine for years and now this odd glitch. I actually watched the Twins game last night on the Bally Sports North app on my computer and casted to my TV. It was a weird work-around but it worked.
I agree that the alternate channel working fine but the main one giving the error is strange.

Hi, @drsmith174 I am so sorry you're having troubles watching Bally Sports North! Typically, this error is fixed by a simple box restart. If we are unable to fix from a restart we may need to send out a tech to review signals coming to your home as well as check the channel for noise. I would gladly follow up with you after your tech visit to check on how it went. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address to assist.
