one channel freezing, skipping, and blacking out.

why does one channel Fan duel Sports Network Ohio Freeze, go black and go back a few seconds in the video then skip forward.  I have performed the built in reset, I have unplugged everything and waited 15 minutes, plugged everything back in and same experience.  Called the support number and automated support performed a reset of the cable box no change.
