Olympics on NBC
Has there been any resolution? I have been experiencing this with Olympics coverage. Only NBC. Freezing picture and dropping audio. Xfinity chat bot just spins and spins with no reply. Useless.

I'm sorry to read of the trouble you were having with the Olympics. I know we are a few days beyond the programming, but I know how annoying it can be when you can't watch the programs you want to enjoy. Are you still having trouble with NBC programs freezing or audio dropping? Are you viewing the program on a X1 cable box or streaming the channel?
