Off/on voice narrator
Living room TV has the Verbal Narrator on the TV and my dad doesn't know how he put it on never mind how to turn it off, please in the simplest terms possible how do you shut that off.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here about that problem with the audio description being enabled. The simplest way I have found to do that is to press the down button on the remote, right above the blue mic option. On the screen you will see that AD on the bottom left, you can navigate down to that and disable it right there. If you have the voice remote you can also just say audio description to bring that up to disable.
