Now tv help

Signed up for now tv. Can get Netflix, Apple TV, etc, but xfinity tv won’t connect. Help! Or get me to a person without having to go into the store again!

The box that I be got from Xfinity. It seems to be working today. They, apparently updated last night. [Edited: "Solicitation"]?
