Not getting TCM despite having the More Sports & Entertainment package
I need advanced tier technical assistance. My account includes the More Sports & Entertainment package (NFL RedZone is working fine), but TCM (Turner Classic Movies) is blocked and unauthorized on all of my boxes, including the primary box. Additionally, my secondary boxes (box2 and box3) are stuck showing 'Status Unavailable' online despite hard power-cycling. Please push a manual back-end entitlement refresh for TCM to my account and check our equipment provisioning.

OK, the channel just popped back on again--sort of. I got a scene from the current movie, but it just keeps on repeating the same 8-second scene over and over again. And this was only happening on my "box2"
