Not getting any channels
I absolutely dreaded upgrading my service because there is always a problem and it is impossible to talk to customer service. Sure enough there's a problem. I'm not getting any channels that I upgraded to. I've done a system refresh, I've rebooted the box 3 times since yesterday. The automated chat system is useless. Calling in is pointless because it just hangs up on you and refuses to send you to an agent. This happens EVERY time I have a problem. There is absolutely nothing I can do on my end to fix this and every automated system just wants to tell me to reboot.
