NorCal Sonoma County CBS Channel 705 Error

We've been getting the usual "trouble on our side please try again..." error  everytime we try to access channel 705 for the last 5 days here in the Northbay. Reboot of box, system refresh, restarts all fail to reslve the issue, I dont see any outages reported in our area...when I checked the COmacast Labs signal I got a "Low Signal" value. ANyting to be done here?
