Does comcast have a package with no sports? Direct Tv has one and your don't have to pay the regonial sports fee.

It varies by area, but you will be very limited. There is a broadcast-only package (probaly named something similar to Limited Basic), and maybe some add-ons that do not include sports. I have a feeling you may have issues with Disney-owned channels as they probably require ESPN to be included with other Disney-owned channels.
